Ingredients
- 1 carroté hummus tablets (frozen)
 - 2 Carrots
 - 1 Orange (juice and zest)
 - ½ inch of grated fresh ginger
 - 1 case Sesame oil
 - 3 cups Vegetable broth
 - 1 small yellow onion
 - Vegetable or pepper flakes (optional)
 - Sour cream (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a saucepan, brown the onions, carrot, orange zest and juice, and ginger.
 - Add sesame oil and your vegetable broth.
 
- Stir in the hummus and crotté and let simmer.
 - Blend everything until you get the desired consistency.
 
- Garnish with vegetable flakes, bell pepper flakes or even sour cream, depending on your taste.
