Product used for the recipe:
Ingredients
- 100g of hummus Carroté
 - 1 medium red bell pepper
 - 1/4 bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
 - 1 tbps of tomato paste
 - 1 tsp dried thyme
 - 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
 - 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
 - 1 crack of freshly ground black pepper
 - Toasted bread slices
 - 1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
 - 1 small red onion
 
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, tomato paste, vinegar, and spices together.
 - Book.
 
- Chop the olives finely. Julienne the bell peppers and red onion.
 - Chop hazelnuts coarsely.
 
- Add the prepared ingredients to the dressing.
 - Mix evenly.
 
- Unfreeze 1 hummus tablet 
Le Carotté as indicated on your packaging.
 
- On a plate, line the hummus, place the salad in the middle.
 
- Enjoy with good freshly toasted bread!!!
