Falafels on pita bread

Product used for the recipe:
Ingredients
- 3 Heated L'Hérbacé Falafels
 - Sauce of your choice (here green koolchiche sauce see recipe)
 - 1 Pita bread
 - Roasted chickpeas
 - 100 g plain or traditional hummus
 - 1 lettuce leaf
 - 1 Cucumber, sliced into slices
 - Fleur de sel/pepper
 
Instructions
- On a cutting board, chop all ingredients:  L'Herbacé Falafels , cucumber and lettuce.
 
- Add plain or traditional hummus and roasted chickpeas to the mix.
 - Arrange the mixture on top of the pita bread.
 - Add the sauce of your choice.
 
- Warm up the pita slightly if you wish and presto, it's time to enjoy!
